منهج الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي المسحي
واداة الدراسة: تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدارسة.
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: تم تطبيق الدراسة على كامل مجتمع مديرات مدارس التعليم الثانوي بالمدينة المنورة وعددهن 60 مديرة وعلى عينة عشوائية من معلمات مدارس التعليم الثانوي بالمدينة بلغت 395 معلمة.
نتائج الدراسة:

ABSTRACT
Title: The degree of use of information technology executives at public secondary schools in Medina and its relationship to the administrative creativity from the perspective of managers and parameters.

Objectives purposes: The primary objective of the study is to study and find out the degree of use of information technology, and creativity administrative level with the directors of secondary education in Medina, and whether there is a statistically significant relationship between the degree of use of information technology and creativity administrative among principals of secondary education in Medina, from the point of view of women managers and parameters.
The study to measure and identify statistical differences at the level of significance as targeting 0.05 = α between the median estimate sample study on the use of information technology personnel responses, as well as the level of administrative creativity, the managers of secondary school attributed to the variables of the study: Brh- qualification Alalma- type Alambny- education system type.
Methodology: descriptive method survey
Method and instruments of the Study: the researcher used descriptive approach inferential, the questionnaire was used as a tool to study.
population and the study sample: Be the current study population consisted of all managers and teachers in secondary schools in Medina, and applying the appropriate formula to calculate the sample size was determined the total sample size of 395 the number of teacher and director of 66, and distributed to secondary schools in the city of Medina.
Results of the study:
