[HADITH] and [SUNNA]
What is the [HADITH]?
They are all words which were collected by diligent scholars that are attributed to the Messenger of Allah; peace is upon him; whether they are real or not real.
Some [HADITH] are in the context of the word of God as if he is the speaker, these are called sacredness [HADITH], but it applies to all the provisions applicable with the [HADITH].
What is the [SUNNA]?
It is the way in which prophet carried out the instructions of Qur'an in it, knowing that the concept of the [SUNNA] in the era of the prophet differs from the concept now. However this can be inferred from Say or do attributed to the prophet and must be real attribute and bond.
Attribute or bond
It is a series of narrators up to the main source of the novel, who is the Prophet; the drafters of the [HADITH] became aware of that so they added the gold chain[1] for a lot of [HADITH] that they have authored deliberately.
Text of [HADITH]
It is the text of the [HADITH] that contains structure, phonetic, grammar, rhetoric, communication, accent and concept.
This is what scholars of the [SUNNA] aware of it in adjusting the [HADITH] in addition to the attribute, to become a concern of support firstly and text secondly.
The conditions of correctness of prophetic [HADITH]
Any [HADITH] conflicts in its text with the texts of holy Qur'an, science, mind, or be not applicable this [HADITH] will be rejected because it is not attributed to the prophet. We must put these four conditions in dealing with text of [HADITH].
Why did the Prophet order to not write it down?
The Prophet ordered to not write these [HADITH] down, and his companions after him did that, because the divine message was completed, and the last commandment of the prophet is to adhere and follow the Qur'an only. However the diligent in collecting the [HADITH] said so as not to mix with the Holy Qur'an and they forgot that god pledged to keep the Holy Qur'an Of distortion. The truth is that God promised to save only the Qur'an and nothing else, even if they are [HADITH].
What are they scientifically classified?
Science concepts in the Qur'an is all sensory perceptions, the science is based on logical evidence and that science can not contradict itself, as we cannot disagree that where is the sun because it is clear and is pointed to in one direction.
But when the night comes and someone asks, where is the sun? We will find many variations and disturbances. So when the first symbols of Islam absent such as, prophet Mohamed, Abu Bakr, Omar, Othman, Ali ( god bless them), and those who was of the pious among them and who came a little after them. The enemies of Islam began to implement their malicious plots of destruction of the principles of Islam, which prevailed in the period mentioned as retaliation for the disappearance of their powers. They were unable to penetrate the Qur'an, and they have authored hundreds or even tens of thousands of [HADITH] and this helped them on several things.
1- -First: Recourse to collecting the chatter and not merely the [SUNNA] that actually frequent such as prayer and the pilgrimage ([HAJJ] and [UMRAH]).
2- -Second: Spread of the people ignorance of the tongue of the prophet and his eloquence.
3- -Third: Spread of the people ignorance of the essence of authentic Arabic tongue because of the increase in new entrants to the Arabism by conquests.
4- -Fourth: longing for lovers of prophet to know more of his autobiography and the desire of haters in the destruction of religion and legislation together.
The result of that was a blending of poison with the honey, and the occurrence of the outlawed things which the prophet warned about it; such as fragmentation and disintegration; and applied them the words of God in SURA Al ANAAM6 verse 159 says to the prophet that "those who divided their religion into sects, you are not from them, and they will return to God then he will tell them what they were doing".
Category: They began in the [HADITH] collection after the death of the Messenger of Allah more than two hundred years; they are just a thought as defined by the Qur'an to the concept of [ZUN].
The [ZUN]
The [ZUN] is, without doubt, belief in each certified novel but it hasn't scientific evidence according to the definition of the expression of science in the Qur'an, For example: If a sincere and honest friend said to me that he saw a traffic accident and told me all details about. Is it permissible for me to testify what he said in court? Of course, the judge will refuse my testimony... why?
Because the testimony must be with scientific knowledge, but that as for the testimony to be held on the belief isn't more than a [ZUN], the judge doesn't believe anyone but a witness who saw or heard what happened with his eyes or his ears.
Also Sheikh Al-Islam "Fakhr aldin Razi" said the same statement that (" The text of Qur'an is categorically constancy but news by individuals either be presumptive, and categorically preponderant presumptive"). Dr Mohamed Hegazy Sakka said in his book " No stoning of an adulteries" that [SUNNA] agrees with the Qur'an and not complementary for it", and also he commented on that [HADITH] specialize the general in Qur'an, and this is what they disagreed about because the Qur'an is categorically constancy in its text, but the [HADITH] is presumptive because its narrated one about one....etc, and cannot specialize the general of Qur'an with individuals narration".
Sheikh Al-Islam "Fakhr aldin Razi" said that "all words have presumptive significance and show only presumptive". There was a comment for me in my book "Principles of creation and development of creatures" on the saying for Razi about conditionality definitions about expressions for the Qur'an.
Qur'an has warned of problems that can be result of [ZUN] in SURAH
"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ ۖ...{12}" الحجرات46 ALHOGORAT46 v.12.
Urges believers to avoid the [ZUN] because of it may be mistake. Our lives is based on predicting the future and that what is called [ZUN] so we must not base on it in our life or fateful things in our lives especially in matters relating to faith.
There must be freedom of the right to hold religion to them as long as there is no abuse of any group to the other.
Those who collected the [HADITH] left it without rating, and they rated the bond of [HADITH] and left the rest of it to recipients but it was necessary to rate the text of [HADITH].
Prophet carried out the message of God on himself, his family and his people, how did the prophet carry out the message of Allah?
Knowing that the Qur'an did not come down completely, but it came down over 23 years. Were these long years without legislation?
The prophet was diligent in legislation to his people unless otherwise there was a consequent. All religions relied on instinct in legislation followed the approach of father of messengers the Prophet Ibrahim peace upon him.
The instinct
The instinct is a covenantal legislative principle for everyone, and when it is invoked to it leads individual to good acts that are useful for individuals, society and the whole world with minimal restrictions. So all people can live in peace, security, cooperation, solidarity and justice, and the principles of the instinct religion can be easily identified individual expose to injustice or conflict of interest.
Allah ordered us to follow instinct religion as our father Ibrahim did[2].
And holy Qur'an and all holy books were downloaded for people to remember that religion (instinct religion), it is unique holy religion.
Levels of perception of the Prophet
1- The first level, as a messenger of God with a message from god that is enforceable, we all know that he is sincere and sincerity of his message and be sure that he didn't never lie nor reject anything of his message and we believe that it is integrated and he did not take away anything from it.
2- The second level was as a leader of Muslims, and lead them according to the prevailing norms, and some of these norms were wrong so prophet peace be upon him was sent to correct these wrong habits that were committed. The prophet peace be upon him urged to consult each other as he did in Badr battle when one of the leaders who was < Al-Hobab ibn el-monzer> advised the prophet to camp out at a well Badr and suggested that this will be best for them and actually the Prophet carried his advise when he knew that his opinion was the right one. This illustrates that there is a difference between the inspiration of God, and the choice between the Prophet and the companions, that the inspiration of God has the necessity of obedience and implementation but there are things to be offset for consultation and discussion. So It is clear here that the revelation of the legislature will be limited to the Prophet peace be upon him of being a messenger of God but of being a leader, there is no inspiration legislature to his actions, but associated with consultation.
3- The third level was as a social, a husband, a neighbor and a friend, .etc. and his requirements so he had to harmonize the requirements of the law of God.
And do not forget that God Almighty has blamed the Prophet twice.
The first time was as a leader in SURAH ALNABAA when a blind man went to him and he was busy to meet him, so god blamed him for this man of why he hadn't met him.
The second time was as a husband, God Almighty blamed the prophet when he wanted not to do a rift in the relationship between his wives, so he hadn't be keen to any relation but the relation with god.
Thus it is clear that God Almighty blamed the prophet in some of his actions that were not a revelation from God.
So prophetic talks become dangerous when they are taken as they are, but must be adapted to the four conditions that have been developed by the scholars of [HADITH] and [SUNNA], and these conditions are:-
1) The first type is the support [HADITH] and its correctness to prophet that was interested by some scholars, but there is still a risk as there are some people who pasted and forged some [HADITH] of the prophet.
2) The second type is to set the text of [HADITH] and these controls which they put were quite enough to prevent the infiltration of some [HADITH] that destroy people and lead to fall in differences between them and these conditions are:
* 1- The text of the [HADITH] does not contradict with the provisions of the Qur'an.
* 2- The text of the [HADITH] does not contradict with the science.
* 3- The text of the [HADITH] does not contradict with the mind.
* 4- The text of the [HADITH] must be applicable.
How to work with these [HADITH] as their relation to the Qur'an?
1) Qur'an is the main source of legislation and we are confident that the Qur'an did not let anything in the legislation for anytime or anywhere, we find that the Qur'an has put all the principles that are needed for this, and the difference between governance and management or of any legislation and administrative enforcement, and Judgment and legislative principles are just for God alone.
2) Each [HADITH] as long as they conform to the prevailing norms and as long as it does not conflict with the reality or the Qur'an or the science or the mind so there is no problem of taking it.
The brief
Dear believer don't let anyone makes you believe anything without proof, especially if it is about the sincere and honest prophet so as not to fall as a prey to the devil and get your Great Lord angry from you.
