The Immolation Feast is about to peep,

The poor sheep is going to peep,

The bold fat butcher is ready to creep,

And his sharp knife in its neck will go deep.

Be not of those who hate,

Its delicious meat you should eat,

For a moment do not hesitate,

But beware ; at a good rate.

God's blessing is better than manslaughter,

Where blood is spilt like water,

You're no more merciful than the Creator,
