فعالية برنامج علاجي سلوكي في تنمية مهارات تأكيد الذات لدى المراهقين المتخلفين عقلياً
وأثره على بعض المتغيرات النفسية .

ملخص البحث
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج علاجي سلوكي في تنمية تأكيد الذات والتعرف على أثر ذلك في تنمية تقدير الذات وخفض السلوك العدواني , وتكونت عينة البحث من 13 طالب من الطلاب المتخلفين عقلياً في المدى العمري من 14 – 16 سنة , وتم تقسيم العينة إلى مجموعتين ؛ مجموعة ضابطة ومجموعة تجريبية , واستخدم الباحثان مقياس تأكيد الذات , ومقياس تقدير الذات , ومقياس السلوك العدواني , والبرنامج العلاجي السلوكي. وتوصل الباحثان إلى فعالية برنامج العلاج السلوكي في تنمية تأكيد الذات , كما كان له أثر في تنمية تقدير الذات وخفض السلوك العدواني , وكان البرنامج فعالاً حتي توقف تطبيق البرنامج بشهرين.

ABCRTACTR
The Current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of behavioral treatment program in the development of self-assertion and to identify its impact on the development of self-esteem and reduce aggressive behavior. The research sample consisted of 13 students from mentally retarded students in the age range of 14 - 16 years old, The sample was divided into two groups; control group and the experimental group.The researchers used self-assertion scale, self-esteem scale, and aggressive behavior scale, and behavioral treatment program. The researchers found the behavioral program was effectiveness in the development of self-assertion, also had an impact in the development of self-esteem and reduce aggressive behavior, and the program was effective until the application program stopped two months later.
