تأثير الخصائص الديموغرافية على درجة الوعي بمخاطر الأزمات
دراسة ميدانية لعينة من القادة الإداريين بشركة الكهرباء بالمنطقة الغربية

المستخلص : يهتم البحث بالإطار الموضوعي للازمة متجاوزا وجهة النظر التقليدية التي تصفها كحدث يدمر أو يؤثر في المنظمة ككل وهذا ما تتناوله أغلب الدراسات الأكاديمية لإدارة الأزمات . إلي وجهة النظر الإستراتيجية كونها نقطة تحول نحو الأفضل أو الأسواء متناولا العوامل الديموغرافية للقادة الإداريين بشركة الكهرباء بالمنطقة الغربية في ليبيا وتأثيرها على الوعي بخاطر الأزمات . كذلك تجاوز البحث التصنيفات التقليدية للازمة مستندا لأبعاد إدارة الأزمات كمقياس للدراسة وهي
* البعد الأول : القدرة على إدراك المخاطر .
* البعد الثاني : الأساليب المتبعة لحل الأزمة .
* البعد الثالث : أسباب حدوث الأزمة .
والجدير بالتوضيح هنا هو أتفاق الإجابات بين مجتمع الدراسة في البعد الثالث عند الأسباب التي تؤدى لحدوث الأزمات هو التقارب في النتائج وكذلك الاتفاق عند العنصر الأخير "" مدى إعتقادك بأن البيئة المحيطة غير خطيرة ولا داعي للقلق" بمعدل ضعيف .الأمر الذي يفسر بعدم الأهتمام بالمخاطر التي قد تحيط بالشركة من البيئة الخارجية . وهذا يرجع إلى أحتكار هذه الشركة لخدمة الكهرباء ودعم الدولة لها مما أدى إلى إهمال هذا الجانب .وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة تؤكد بأن الخصائص الديموغرافية التي تم تحليلها لمجتمع الدراسة وهى (العمر – مدة الخدمة – المستوى التعليمي – المستوى الوظيفي ) وبعد أستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وهى المتوسط الحسابي وكذلك معامل الارتباط لبيرسون بإن هناك أستجابة ولكن بمؤشر ضعيف بين هذه الخصائص ودرجة الوعي بمخاطر الأزمات ولا ترقى لمستوى العلاقة المؤثرة .
وهذا يرجع بطبيعة الحال لعدم القدرة على إدراك المخاطر التي قد تحيط بالشركة بسبب غياب المعرفة الإدارية التامة للأساليب التي يمكن أتباعها مع الأزمات . كذلك عدم الاهتمام بالبيئة الخارجية مما أدى إلي ضعف مؤشر الأبعاد التي تم أعتمادها كمقياس لإدارة الأزمات .

Abstract:
The research deals with the objective framework of the crisis, bypassing the traditional view that it describes as an event that destroys or affects the organization as a whole. To the strategic point of view as a turning point for the better or worse. We are talking about the demographic factors of the leaders of the electricity company in the western region in Libya and their impact on the awareness of crisis risks. The research also went beyond the traditional classification of the crisis as a measure of the dimensions of crisis management as a measure of study:
* The first dimension: the ability to perceive risks.
* Second dimension: the methods used to resolve the crisis.
* Third dimension: the causes of the crisis.
What is worth mentioning here is the agreement of answers among the study community in the third dimension. The reasons for the occurrence of the crises are the convergence of the results and the agreement in the last element. "" The extent to which you believe that the surrounding environment is not serious and does not have to worry " This is due to the monopoly of this company to serve electricity and state support, which led to neglect of this aspect. The main findings of the study confirm that the demographic characteristics analyzed for the study society (age - duration of service - level And the correlation coefficient of Pearson that there is a response but a weak indicator between these characteristics and the degree of awareness of the risks of crises and do not live up to the level of the relationship affecting.
This is due, of course, to the inability to recognize the risks that may surround the company because of the absence of complete managerial knowledge of the methods that can be followed with crises. As well as lack of interest in the external environment, which led to the weakness of the dimensions index, which was adopted as a measure of crisis management.
