Causes of anxiety disorders
Although the researchers do not know exactly why some people suffer from anxiety disorders, they know that there are different factors involved and like many of the conditions of mental health, and anxiety disorders seem to be due to a combination of the individual factors of biological, psychological, and others.
How can we think and behave in certain situations affecting the concern. Some people might think that some cases are more serious than it actually is (for example, fear of flying). Panic attack or panic disorder involves sudden anxiety occur without warning. Panic attacks are very common - 10% to 20% of the population suffers from panic attack at some point in their lives. Some people begin to avoid situations that may lead to a panic attack, this attack is called a state of panic with agoraphobia. Panic attack usually lasts 10 minutes or less, but can last longer. Panic disorder is much less common. Panic disorder refers to frequent feelings of terror and fear, which come on the trigger can not be predicted without any clear.
Phobias involve a fear of something, such as animals, storms, heights, or flying. Symptoms can include sweating, muscle tension, and dizziness. People also may go to extremes to avoid the situation that fear.
Social anxiety, also known as social phobia, involves excessive anxiety in social situations, where people are afraid or embarrassed to ridicule. Situations that can lead to social anxiety and include small group discussions, dating, going to the party, and exercise. Common symptoms of social anxiety include redness, sweating, dry mouth. People with social phobia often avoid social situations that cause anxiety.
Associated with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) with the continuation of excessive worry and anxiety about a number of things (for example, work, money, children, and health). No specific source of fear. Symptoms may include muscle tension, trembling, shortness of breath, and focus rapid heartbeat, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, sleep problems, and the poor.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), including repeated unpleasant thoughts (obsessions) and / or repetitive behaviors (motivation). Ideas may be connected to the repetitive behaviors. Feelings of guilt and unworthiness are common with PTSD. And often associated with complications of anxiety disorders or for lack of feelings of depression, because people with these conditions know their behavior is irrational and damaging to their lives. Depression is common, especially those who suffer from anxiety disorders.
