تصور نفسي مقترح لإعداد معلم للتربية الدينية الأخلاقية  بنظام التعليم المصري مستقبلاً في ضوء مفهوم رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي لمواجهة التحديات الفكرية المعاصرة

ملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح يستند إلى رؤية نفسية لإعداد معلم متخصص في تدريس مادة للتربية الدينية الأخلاقية بنظام التعليم المصري(مادة موحدة كبديل لتدريس مادة التربية الدينية الإسلامية والمسيحية) استنادا إلى أبعاد مفهوم رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي بهدف مواجهة التحديات الفكرية المعاصرة التي تواجه الطلاب في ظل النظام التعليمي الراهن بمراحله المختلفة.وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في سبيل الإجابة على عدد من التساؤلات تحددت في:

<!--ما واقع تدريس معلم مادتي التربية الدينية الإسلامية والتربية الدينية المسيحية بنظام التعليم المصري الحالي من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمين وأولياء الأمور بمحافظة المنيا؟

<!--ما التصور المقترح لإعداد معلم يختص بتدريس مادة للتربية الدينية الأخلاقية بالنظام التعليمي مستقبلاً؟

وقد صممت الباحثة لذلك أداة للبحث عبارة عن إستبانة للتعرف على واقع الانعكاسات النفسية لتدريس المعلم لمادتي التربية الدينية الإسلامية والمسيحية على الطلاب في ظل عدد من التحديات الفكرية المعاصرة كالتطرف والعنف ونبذ الآخر من وجهة نظر معلمي المادة أنفسهم ومن وجهة نظر عينة من أولياء الأمور بحيث بلغت العينة الأساسية في مجملها 226(98معلمين ، 128أولياء أمور) .وبناء على ذلك قدمت الباحثة تصوراً مقترحاً يستند إلى إعداد معلم قادر على تدريس مادة جديدة بالنظام التعليمي هي مادة التربية الدينية الأخلاقية بحيث تنبع أساسياتها ومبادؤها من مفهوم رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي ليكون مردود وواقع تدريسها مستقبلاً متمثلاً في تخريج نظام تعليمي يتصف طلابه بأبعاد ذلك المفهوم(الكفاءة الذاتية- المرونة- التفاؤل- الأمل) وبحيث تصبح لديهم القدرة النفسية على مواجهة التحديات الفكرية المعاصرة من نبذ للآخر وتطرف فكري وعنف مجتمعي وإرهاب ........الخ.

An Imagine psychological proposal for the preparation of a teacher religious education moral of Egyptian education system  in the future in the light of the concept of capital positive psychological to face the challenges of contemporary intellectual

The aim of the current  study to develop a proposal based on the vision of the psychological preparation of teachers specializing in the teaching of religious education moral education system Egyptian, consolidated article as a substitute for teaching subject of Islamic religious education and Christianity) on the basis of the dimensions of the concept of capital positive psychological to confront the challenges of contemporary intellectual facing the students under the educational system present different stages. The researcher used the descriptive approach analytical work to answer a number of questions identified in:

- what the current reality teaching from the teacher of the subjects of the Islamic Religious Education and Religious Education Christianity in the education system, the current Egyptian from the point of view of a sample of teachers and parents in Minia governorate?

- what the proposed scenario for the preparation of a landmark for teaching subject of religious education moral education system in the future?

It was designed as a researcher research tool is the identification for the reality of the psychological repercussions for the teaching of teacher education two Islamic and Christian religious students in a number of the challenges of contemporary intellectual Extremism and rejection of violence and the other from the point of view of the teachers of article themselves from the point of view of a sample of parents to the core sample in the totaling 226,98teachers, 128 parents) .accordingly submitted a researcher envisages a proposal based on the preparation of a teacher is capable of teaching a new article to the education system is a religious education moral so as to stem its essentials norms and of the concept of capital positive psychological as the impact of the fact taught in the future represented in the graduation of an educational system characterized by his students to expel the concept.self-efficiency. Hope) so that they become the psychological capacity to face the challenges of contemporary intellectual of the rejection of the other Intellectual extremism societal violence and terrorism ........etc.
