اذا رفع المدعى في إحدى المنازعات الخاضعة لأحكام قانون فض المنازعات ، دعواه مباشرة إلى المحكمة المختصة ، قبل اللجوء إلى إحدى اللجان التى أنشأها هذا القانون ، ولكنه أثناء نظر هذه الدعوى ، وقبل صدور الحكم المنهى للخصومة فيها تدارك الأمر ، وتقدم بطلبه إلى اللجنة المختصة ، إعمالاً لأحكام القانون سالف الذكر ، فإن هذا المدعى يكون قد استوفى الإجراء http://www.cc.gov.eg/Images/H/111237652.pdf
