With sound body and sound mind

We leave idleness behind

And thus receive the world

Wholly with an open mind.

Never have I been so glad

New hopes begin to show;

A new life begins to grow.

No need to feel so sad;

Life is not so bad.

Think of the wealth you had;

At least you were not born mad.

Satisfaction and contentment, my lad,
