Football, football,

It's the craze of all,

Follow up the ball,

When they score a goal,

With the stare of all,

And the cheer of all,

"Goal, goal, goal."

How much time we waste,

With no real taste!

How often people fight,

And quarrel overnight!

How many duties we neglect,

 Without being strict!

We'd better be sane,

To get rid of pain,

And know what we mean,

Not to live in vain.
