We are seeking travel enthusiasts for our Education Travel Coordinator opportunities that give interested applicants the opportunity to organize educational tours to a destination of their choice. If you can help us organize a group of at least 5 travellers, we will pay for your trip, including airfare, accommodations and entrance fees along your tour. Job Responsibilities

ACIS Education Travel Coordinators choose which areas of the world they would like to explore, recruit the group of students or other individuals to join on the trip, and provide pre-trip preparation and on-tour supervision for the group. ACIS has hundreds of different tour options in locations all over the world for you to choose from. ACIS handles all participant registrations/payments, takes care of booking all arrangements (flights, hotels, meals, ground transportation, etc.) and provides a tour manager who delivers the educational content and handles all of the logistics while on tour. For their efforts, Coordinators will travel free once they recruit a group of five or more participants.

Job Requirements

Most Education Travel Coordinators who have joined us on exciting adventures in the past have started by putting together a recruiting meeting, where they invite members of their community and outline this amazing opportunity. From there, your job is to walk through the planned itinerary and answer questions about how tours are organized, drawing from materials provided by ACIS. Once the Education Travel Coordinator has put together a group of travellers, they will have to ensure that each is meeting their pre-trip requirements, including passport applications and necessary deposits for the trip. Finally, the Education Travel Coordinator will handle all the final pre-trip coordination including distributing itineraries and collecting emergency contact information. From there, it’s smooth sailing as you enjoy your free trip to an exciting destination!
