ISIS video claims to show boy executing two men accused of being Russian spies

A boy with a pistol appears to execute two men who are accused of being Russian spies in a new propaganda video released by the terror ISIS group. it appears to be the first time ISIS has shown a child carrying out an execution.

Child pornography is material showing children in erotic poses or having sex. It is usually graphic material in the form of drawings, photographs or video, but can be in writing as well. Child pornography that involves real children is a record of child sexual abuse.

In both common usageand for the purpose of research (looking up information), the word "child" in the phrase "child pornography" refers to children before they reach puberty, and does not refer to post-puberty teenagers. For practical reasons, the way the law describes child pornography generally refer to a wider age range, including any pornography involving a minor, according to where the law applies. Most people who own child pornography who are arrested are found to own images of children who have not started puberty; owners of pornographic images of post-puberty minors are less likely to be prosecuted, even though those images also fall within the laws.

Child pornography is a multi-billion dollar industry and among the fastest growing crime activities on the Internet, according to the US The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) and other international sources] According to the NCMEC, almost one fifth of all Internet pornography is child pornography. New technology such as inexpensive digital cameras and sending across the internet, such as file sharing, has made it easier than ever before to produce and pass out child pornography. The people who make child pornography try to avoid prosecution by sending their material across borders with other countries, though this issue is being dealt with more and more with regular arrests of suspects from a number of countries happening over the last few years.

Child pornography is looked at and collected by pedophiles for a number of purposes, ranging from private sexual uses, exchanging with other pedophiles, preparing children for sexual abuse as part of the process known as "grooming", or for bribing victims into making more child pornography or going into child prostitution.

In the video, the boy, who has been identified as Abdullah in prior ISIS videos, sports long hair and wears a black sweater and military fatigue pants The slender youth with shoulder-length hair appears to be younger than a teenager," Michaels wrote. "Near the end of the video, he purportedly executes the kneeling men with a pistol."

USA Today noted that ISIS has previously released videos that boasted of the terrorist organization's reach to recruit young people and highlighted its various military tactics. However, their latest video of a child executing two men is rare, prompting outrage across social media.

Mubin Sheikh, author of the book Undercover Jihadi, talked to USA Today about the reaction the video has received online.

"The video will whip up enthusiasm among the group's ardent supporters but has triggered 'revulsion' in the rest of the world," Sheikh said..

He stands behind the two men, who are kneeling, and shoots them in the back of the head in a theatrically produced video with slow motion. The boy stands over one of the bodies, fires two more times, and later raises his pistol high.

IS has held multiple foreign hostages, including a number of Western journalists and aid workers, beheading five of them in gruesome videos published online.

The group, which emerged from Al-Qaeda's one-time Iraq affiliate but has since split with the organisation, controls swathes of territory in Syria and Iraq.

It has declared an Islamic "caliphate" in territory it holds and has been accused of abuses ranging from slavery to forms of crucifixion.

Child labour refers to the employment of children in any work that deprives children of their childhood, interferes with their ability to attend regular school, and that is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful.  This practice is considered exploitative by many international organisations. Legislations across the world prohibit child labour.  These laws do not consider all work by children as child labour; exceptions include work by child artists, supervised training, certain categories of work such as those by Amish children, some forms of child work common among indigenous American children, and others.

Child labour was employed to varying extents through most of history. Before 1940, numerous children aged 5–14 worked in Europe, the United States and various colonies of European powers. These children worked in agriculture, home-based assembly operations, factories, mining and in services such as newsies. Some worked night shifts lasting 12 hours. With the rise of household income, availability of schools and passage of child labour laws, the incidence rates of child labour fell.

In developing countries, with high poverty and poor schooling opportunities, child labour is still prevalent. In 2010, sub-saharan Africa had the highest incidence rates of child labour, with several African nations witnessing over 50 percent of children aged 5–14 working.  Worldwide agriculture is the largest employer of child labour  Vast majority of child labour is found in rural settings and informal urban economy; children are predominantly employed by their parents, rather than factories.  Poverty and lack of schools are considered as the primary cause of child labour.

The incidence of child labour in the world decreased from 25% to 10% between 1960 and 2003, according to the World Bank. Nevertheless, the total number of child labourers remains high, with UNICEF and ILO acknowledging an estimated 168 million children aged 5–17 worldwide, were involved in child labour in 2013
