The required document establish GCC company in Saudi Arabia as follow:
- passport copy and Id. copy of all shareholders authenticated form the Saudi embassy and ministry of foreign affairs.
- passport copy and Id. of the company manager.
- Certificate of clearance and good conduct issued from the ministry of interior at the investor country and authenticated form the Saudi embassy and ministry of foreign affairs.
- bank certificate by deposit of the branch capital.
- Lease contract for the company location.
- power of attorney notarized and authenticated form the Saudi embassy in the investor country and ministry of foreign affairs.
