1. Shareholders resolution to invest in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stating the shareholders names, capital, shares percentage (stock or cash) location (for example Al-Khobar City), activities and appointing the General Manager notarized and authenticated from the Saudi Embassy and ministry of foreign affairs at your country.

Copy of balance sheets of the last three years for the company prepared and authenticated from auditing office in the investor’s country and approved from the related official commerce or taxes office to be authenticated from the Saudi embassy and ministry of foreign affairs at the investor country. translated to Arabic language from recognized translation office.
8. If the activity requires the approval of specific authority (e.g. Financial services, Health, Information, Education ... etc.) to upload the preliminary approval of the relevant ministry or authority.
9. Company capital should be not less than one million Saudi Riyal.
10. To provide acknowledgment to buy or lease industrial plot within one year from obtaining the investment license for commencing its investment activities in case it did not obtained a land in the board of the industrial cities.
11. In case the company capital exceeds (5M.) five million Saudi riyals to provide bank statement with amount of 25% out of the capital according to the portion of each shareholder, and in case the capital less than 5M.(Five million Saudi riyals) to provide bank certificates with full capital shows the account number and proving the financial solvency of each shareholder an amount not less than the amount of his shares in the company capital or not less than SR 250000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Saudi Riyals) “whichever is bigger” authenticated from the Saudi embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Investor country.
12. Provide acknowledgement and commitment to deposit the company capital in recognized bank in Saudi Arabia after obtaining of the Investment license and before applying for the CR authenticated from the Saudi embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Investor country, and provide the bank certificate of the company capital deposit in the name of the company before obtaining the commercial registration.
13. Provide initial technical and financial study about financing of the project and the values of the equipments include time table shows the times of supplying and installation of such equipments and the mechanics of manufactory, production date and the actual operation of the production lines and the various prices for supplying the equipments.
14. Provide company CV for each participant company to be written in special format signed and stamped by the official stamp of the company.
15. Provide company profile.
16. If the industrial investment application for light and simple products to fill commitment form to apply light product factories standards “in special format”.
17. Acknowledgement to comply with Saudi specifications or American or European in the methods of manufacturing in case of non-existence of Saudi specifications
18. Provide an obligation testimony of making not more than (25%) of manpower of non- Saudi nationals if necessary, among this percentage there will be managers, executives and specialists who have the experience not less than 3 years in the same activity licensed by SAGIA.
