Background:

We are a Non-Profit organization which works in the field of development the Civil Society by implementing several activities.

ECIDA, has a Eighteen years of experience, Established by Alexandrian Sons  who were eager to work for the welfare of their people, whether if they live in the town, country, poor slums, or even in the extreme and far sides. And to push the wheel of the social and economic development and for the environmental resources protection.  As well as stimulating, mobilize, magnify the attention of both public and private organizations attention, and encourage the public contributions and individual initiatives in order to push the wheel of development.

ECIDA Mission:           

Serve the community to improve the cultural, educational, environmental and health levels for people and families.

ECIDA, Guides the individuals approach to particular fields labor market according to the present and future needs.

ECIDA, Enhances the professional qualifications and knowledge of individuals,,mainly of those having practically low professional qualifications ,in order to increase access chances to the labor market or to improve their knowledge and qualifications in order to improve their job position , and to be able to develop successfully their own business activities .

ECIDA, includes a group of local and international consultants for all development fields. According to the needs of every mission, the Center formulates an integrated team that suits the needs of every project. The center hosts over 50 consultants in addition to a permanent team of noted excellence and high quality training, managerial and research competence

ECIDA, presenting its activities to ministries and agencies, which concerned the following :

<!--Implementing the project of the graduation youth in corporation with the ministry of agriculture from November 2003 to August 2006 on the following programs: MS Windows, word 2003, Excel, Power point, Access, Hardware, Session of the bakery industry, Health care.

<!--Implementing The IT Course Plus           ( ICTDAR) in corporation with the ministry of communication from February 2009 to September 2009

<!--We have trained about 25 associations in the Area of Mattriah in Cairo in corporation with the SFD from February 2007 to September 2007, for raising his efficiency through training on the following programs:

<!--And Finally Implementing ELIIP Project From 8/2014 Till Present In Corporation with SFD & World Bank In 7 Egyptian Governorates ( Dakahlia- Mnoufia- Kafr El Sheikh – Matrouh- Damietta – Sharkia - Beheira) we employed 66 employee over the seven governorates .

OBJECTIVE OF (ELIIP)

<!--To create short-term employment opportunities for unemployed unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and

<!--[if !supportLists]-->(ii)    To provide access to basic infrastructure services to the target population in poor areas in Egypt.

This would be accomplished through labor-intensive subprojects in:

(i) Community level construction or maintenance;

(ii) Community services; youth employment and capacity development

Target groups:

1. Youth (men &women) marginalized groups.

2. Childhood & Motherhood.

3. Job-seekers (young graduates.(

4. Small & medium Enterprises (SME’s).

5. Gender.

6. Associations that need to build institutional capacity.

7. ECIDA cover all Egyptian governorates within the scope of work.

Our association works to raise and mobilize, maximize the attention of both public & private sectors and encourage popular participation and individual initiatives to advance social development.
