ABSTRACT

Research was aim to measure the impact of application technological innovations on the production of the most important cereal crops in Behira Governorate, research was adopted in achieving its objectives on the use of two methods of economic analysis descriptive and quantitative analysis in field data, analysis collected at random allow each individual in the study population that an equal opportunity to appear in the sample that was taken from the center of Abu Homs an Kom Hamada because they are centers of the largest province's Behira in the production of the most important food grain crops under study (wheat - summer maize - rice summer).

Through study and analysis, research found a number of results associated with the subject of the study that may be summarized as follows: (1) increase productivity and net returns for those who are implementing technological innovations in agriculture is beyond implementing technological. (2) the positive impact of technological innovations applicable to the function of the production of both wheat, maize, and rice. (3) the possibility of increasing the production of wheat, maize and rice in the full implementation of all technological innovations and the use of the optimal size of economic resources by ratio more than the average of the actual production of each crop is estimated by 12.59%, 19.50%, 36.17%, respectively with the value of cash amounting to about 1427, 1046, 2443 pounds/feddan in the same order. (4) the province can increase the production of wheat by using full innovations technology and the optimal size of the economic resources of about 1.61 million ardeb with cash value estimated to 419 million pounds, while increasing maize by about 1.12 million ardeb, cash value estimated to 214 million pounds, increasing the rice by about 0.32 million tons, with cash value estimated to 489 million pounds.

Search recommends the need to encourage farmers crops study to adopt the idea of applying technological innovations in agriculture and provide them with all the information and techniques for possible application of those innovations on the part of your extension in order to increase productivity and production of those crops, there by increasing revenues obtained from cultivation.
