Lymphocytes
A type of immune cell that is made in the bone marrow and is found in the blood and in lymph tissue. The two main types of lymphocytes are B lymphocytes ( lymphocyte cells which megarte to Bursa of Fibricicus and convert to mature lymphocyte cells in birds while in Mammals plasma cells produced it ) and T lymphocytes ( lymphocyte cells which megarte to thymus gland and convert to mature lymphocyte cells ). B lymphocytes make antibodies, and T lymphocytes help kill tumor cells and help control immune responses. A lymphocyte is a type of white blood cell.
Blood cells. Blood contains many types of cells: white blood cells (monocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, and macrophages), red blood cells (erythrocytes), and platelets. Blood circulates through the body in the arteries and veins.
