Algeria is one of the largest countries in North Africa.European influence, large oil and natural gas reserves, and an economy growing at a rapid rate has created a large consumer market that is beneficial to American exporters. Despite recent changes, one should be aware that Algeria is still in the recovering from the effects of political, social, and economic turmoil existed during the past decade. This included political violence and high unemployment rates. With proper planning and forseight, U.S. companies can take advantage up commercial opportunities. |
