Zorpia was founded in 2003 with a goal of bringing people together from all over the world and allowing them to share their ideas and interests. Since then the Zorpia Team has worked ceaselessly to reach people's heart and provide the best features in order to maximize our users' satisfaction. Our primary features are photo album, online journal, social networking, customized homepage, comment system and discussion forum.

The headquarters are located in Hong Kong, China. However, we are planning to open new branches in mainland China, US, UK, Australia and many other countries as we grow bigger.

Our company is run by the founder Jeffrey Ng and a team of diligent individuals.

Jeffrey Ng - Founder and CEO

Jeffrey Ng launched Zorpia in December 7, 2003. He started his first entrepreneurial experience at the age 15. He previously worked for Expedia Inc. and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Jeffrey graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a double degree in Computer Engineering and Finance. He started building and developing Zorpia in 2002 in his own apartment and after one year Zorpia became a global influence that brought different people together. Currently he is leading the Zorpia team to put together their ideas and innovative thoughts in order to provide you the best and the most fun experience on Zorpia.com.

Calvin Yuen - Lead Software Engineer

Calvin, a ping pong enthusiast and a self-confessed cooking reality TV show lover, is a Hong Kong native and a graduate of UNC-charlotte in the United States, where he majored in computer engineering. His worked as a software developer gave him expertise in many computer languages. He became a part of the Zorpia family in 2005 and expanded it when he got married had a daughter. He enjoys computer games, meeting new people and telling jokes. A fun guy to be around, Zorpia is lucky to have Calvin on the team.

Jymie Arcilla - Community Manager

Jaymie has worked in various positions, starting at the young age of 17. She can sketch, play guitar and sing. She used to do this a lot back in her acoustic-rock-band days during college. Starting in a law firm as an Administrative Assistant and a working student at the time, she shifted courses to Business Administration while still maintaining a high GPA. In year 2005, the training from her previous job helped her with her next position at Zorpia.

Since then, Jaymie has witnessed and developed many improvements on Zorpia and has directly influenced its growth.

If you wish to terminate your Zorpia membership, please visit the Account Termination page.

On this page, you will have to select a reason for your account termination. You will be prompted to the next step for your account termination.

For security reasons, a confirmation email will be forwarded to the email address you used to sign up. Click the link provided in the confirmation email and your termination will be complete.

How to unsubscribe my email address from Zorpia notification emails?

If you wish to unsubscribe your email, you may edit Email Settings.

Simply uncheck the type of emails you no longer wish to receive and click 'Save' and this option will prevent future email notifications from being sent to your email address.

I don’t get emails from Zorpia in my Hotmail Inbox

STEP 1: At the top right of the email pane, please click Options then select More Options.

STEP 2: Under the heading Preventing junk email on the right hand side of the page, please click Safe and blocked senders.

STEP 3: Please click on the Safe Senders link.

STEP 4: In the field Sender or domain to mark as safe, please enter the domain name zorpia.com, then click on the Add to list button.

I never signed up for Zorpia. I don't want to receive any emails from Zorpia. What can I do?

If you wish to stop Zorpia from sending you invitation emails, you may click the “block future emails like this” link that can be found at the bottom part of the invitation email you received from us.

Why did Zorpia steal my email contact list and keep sending emails to my friends?

Zorpia under no circumstances stores personal information or contact details without explicit consent of users upon registration for an account with Zorpia, no email address are imported or shared with Zorpia without explicit consent of the registering user.

Zorpia gives users the option of inviting their friends to join the site, this is an action which is only undertaken with the user’s explicit permission to us to access their email contacts and Zorpia sends only invitation email to the selected contacts inviting them to join.

If you wish to unsubscribe your email from sending email invitations to your contacts and unsubscribe your email from receiving Zorpia notification emails. Please send an email to [email protected], our Customer Support Team will address your concern.

Why do I receive emails that I have private messages from my friends?

You are receiving emails from Zorpia because someone in your contact list added you on their friends list upon signing up or logging in for the first time. They have the option to add their email contacts on Zorpia as friends. Zorpia will send a private message to the person being added, notifying him that the user has joined Zorpia.

Our messaging feature is one of the most used features on Zorpia, therefore, we used it as a channel to communicate between our users.

I do not have PayPal to purchase Royal Membership, is there any other way to pay?
