The wooden statuette
represents the mummiform god Ptah-Sokaris-Osiris
standing on a small pedestal.
The statuette and its pedestal stand on a large rectangular block of wood;
all parts are painted.
The statuette is hollow and intended to contain a papyrus scroll.
 As such it formed part of a tomb equipment.
 In the back pillar is a lid that is partially preserved.
On the head is a long smooth wig that does not cover the ears, painted black but now faded
On the wig is the shuty-crown
consisting of two ostrich feathers and a sun disk mounted on ram's horns.
 The feathers are gilded and inlaid with blue and red stripes, the horns are black
The god's face is also gilded
the eyes and mouth are indicated in black paint.
Ptah-Sokaris-Osiris wears a tight-fitting red mummy-gown.
On the chest is a broad wesekh-collar with falcon's heads on each end,
 painted red
white and blue.
Over the collar hangs a small pectoral with uraei on both sides and a winged scarab underneath.
The block of wood has been plastered and painted with white, red and blue lines, imitating a palace façade or a wall with niches.
On the front of the lower legs are three vertical lines of text; another line is on the lid of the back pillar.

التمثال الخشبي
يمثل الإله بتاح مومياء Sokaris-أوزوريس
يقف على قاعدة صغيرة.
التمثال وقاعدته الوقوف على كتلة كبيرة مستطيلة من الخشب؛
ورسمت جميع أجزاء.
ويعد هذا التمثال جوفاء وتهدف لاحتواء التمرير البردي.
 على هذا النحو تشكل جزءا من المعدات القبر.
 في الركن الخلفي هو الغطاء الذي هو الحفاظ جزئيا.
على رأسه شعرا مستعارا هو السلس الطويل الذي لا يغطي الأذنين، ومطلية باللون الأسود ولكن الآن تلاشت
على شعر مستعار هو تاج shuty
تتكون من اثنين من ريش النعام وقرص الشمس التي شنت على قرون الكبش.
 الريش هي مذهبة ومطعمة بخطوط زرقاء وحمراء، وقرون سوداء
ومذهب أيضا وجه الله
يشار إلى العينين والفم باللون الأسود.

في الجزء الأمامي من أسفل الساقين ثلاثة خطوط عمودية من النص؛ خط آخر على غطاء الدعامة الخلفية.
