دور الاخصائى النفسي بالمدرسة
يقوم الأخصائي النفسي بمساعدة الطالب لفهم ذاته ومعرفة قدراته والتغلب على ما يواجهه من صعوبات ليصل إلى تحقيق التوافق النفسي والتربوي والاجتماعي والمهني لبناء شخصية سوية.
وذلك عن طريق الآتي:
_إعداد الخطة العامة السنوية لبرامج التوجيه والإرشاد في ضوء التعليمات المنظمة لذلك واعتمادها من مديرة المدرسة .
_تبصير المجتمع المدرسي بأهداف التوجيه والإرشاد وخططه وبرامجه وخدماته لضمان قيام كل عضو بمسؤولياته في تحقيق أهداف التوجيه والإرشاد بالمدرسة على أفضل وجه .
_تهيئة الإمكانات اللازمة للعمل الإرشادي من سجلات وأدوات يتطلبها تنفيذ البرامج الإرشادية في المدرسة .
_تشكيل لجان التوجيه والإرشاد وفقاً للتعليمات المنظمة لذلك ومتابعة تنفيذ توصياتها وتقويم نتائجها .
_تنفيذ برامج التوجيه والإرشاد وخدماته الإنمائية والوقائية والعلاجية.
_بناء علاقات مهنية مثمرة مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس جميعهم ومع الطلاب وأولياء أمورهم مبنية على الثقة والكفاية في العمل والاحترام المتبادل بما يحقق الهدف من العمل الإرشادي.
_إعداد التقرير الختامي للإنجازات في ضوء الخطة التي وضعها المرشد الطلابي لبرامج التوجيه والإرشاد متضمناً التقويم والمرئيات حول الخدمات المقدمة.
