هي (علم و فن )للوصول بالإنسان إلى درجة الامتياز, عن طريقها يستطيع تحقيق أهدافه, ويرفع مستوى حياته من السلبيات إلى الإيجابيات.
هل ظاهرة الاكتئاب وراثة أم مكتسبة ؟؟ بل مكتسبة حسب المواقف والخبرات السلبية السابقة بسبب الضغوط النفسية من الماضي +القلق من المستقبل لتوقع الضرر في أي وقت.فلا يوجد اكتئاب في سن الحضانة إلا إذا كان الطفل فاقد للحنان لأن الملف يكون في الصغر بالعقل اللاواعي فاضي .فالطفل الذي يلمس النار أول مرة يتعلم في المستقبل عدم لمسه لوجود خبرة سابقة لديه مخزنة في العقل اللاواعي .مع أنه بالإمكان لمس القطة بدون خوف لعدم وجود سابق خبرة .
1) الطبيب الممتاز والذكي والناجح في علاج مرضاه, ولكنه ليس لديه القدرة على إفادة الآخرين في خبراته بسبب الإحساس بالخوف من مواجهة الآخرين وإلقاء محاضراته أو عقد ندوات مفيدة.مع أن الأطباء في حاجة لخبراته وكيفية علاجه لمرضاه.
2) الطالب الذكي الذي يتوتر أيام الاختبار ولا ينام ويشعر بالإجهاد الشديد مع استمرار الشعور بالألم من معدته بسبب الخوف القهري الذي أكتسبه من الطفولة لعدم شعوره بالأمان والحنان والعطف والرعاية الكافية.
3) طبيبة تخاف من الأشعة المقطعية .بسبب أذية إخوانها لها وتغطيتها بلحاف السرير والجلوس عليها فتشعر بالاكتئاب والموت لذا أصبحت ترتعب من الأماكن الضيقة والمظلمة .
4) رجل ذو كفاءة وعلم وخبرة يخاف مواجهة الآخرين فترك عمله القيادي المرموق وذو الراتب المغرى.
