ABSTRACT

The role of well logging investigations in the field of mineral and ground water investigations in Egypt is illustrated, Examples of some recent studies in Coal, Phosphate and ground water are discussed. Complex well logging regime is essential and proved to be a powerful tool is evaluating mineral deposits and ground water reservoirs. Recommendations for future studies are outlined.
