كما تعتبر حرفة النحت علي الأخشاب من أهم الصناعات التي تتميز بها قرية حجازة بمحافظة قنا حيث يتم صناعة تحف خشبية ( فرعونية – اسلامية –قبطية ) تتميز بتعدد أشكالها ومتانة الخشب المستخدم .
