<!--Start Page Contents5-->our new reseaches were done to overcome grower problems Papaya is grown long ago in Alexandria , In the eastern coast of Alexandria (mediterranian sea). the papaya is used in traditional midicine. Papaya is the only fruit which contains pappin enzyme simmilar to pepsin in stomack which transfer complex proteins to simple aminoacids. So papaya is used for stomack problems. pappin is used also in beauty products sor soft skin, removing dead skin under foot, for hair health. pappin is extracted fom green fruits on trees by making small cuts on fruit (not more 1 cm. depth). you can find white milky substance released , collect it in non metal jars and let it to dry and transfer to powder. this is the pappin enzyme.

papaya is easy to grow in contaners in roofs and sunny places. Just remove seeds , clean, wash dry inside , and grow in mixture of sand clay.

As a result of extracting pappin, you will find malformed fruits , somewhat dry. Dont worry you can use this as pickles, chutney by processing. we have done reseaches (see food technology page in this site). processing of papaya fruits help in using the fruits which could be lost in winter at Alexandria. Ripe yellow papaya is used in kids food because it is rich of vitamins A,C.

lOQUAT, one of the most adapted fruits at Alexandria. It became very popular today. It belongs to the family Rosaceae( like apple, pear, quence). The loquat fruit contains vitamins A, B and  C., pectin, menirals, sugar and acid.

The loquat tree is beautiful for ornamental. leaves are used like tea  in native home by chinese for curing cough resulted of dry throat and drops for nose. The seeds contains amygdalin which is effective substance for prventing tumers(be carful because of this substance is poisonous. The fruit is useful to ease blood fluid and.

It is too easy to grow loquat from seeds after cleaning, washing. dont leave it till dry and be black.
