The Messenger of Allah (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:'Take note that  I as forbidden to recite the Quran  during bowing down and in prostration .As for bowing down,extol therein the Lord; and as for prostration ,,exert yourself  in making supplication , for it is sure to be answered to you ."

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :(ألا وانى نهيت أن أقرا القران راكعا او ساجدا، فاما الركوع فعظموا فيه الرب ، واما السجود فاجتهدوا فى الدعاء ،فقمن ان يستجاب لكم)
