Reported Speech    الكلام الغير مباشر
Instructions  الأمر       Requests   الطلب
معنى المباشر :- هو الكلام الذي قاله المتحدث بدون تغيير ويوضع بين أقواس صغيرة .
معنى الغير مباشر :- هو الكلام الذي ينقله شخص عن قائله إلي شخص ثالث .
(1) عند تحويل جملة من المباشر إلي غير المباشر في الأمر نتبع الآتي :
   (1) نحول الفعل Said to  إلي told

     (2) نحذف الأقواس .
   (3) إذا كان الأمر مثبت نربط بـ  To  وبعدها المصدر .  
   (4) إذا كان الأمر منفي نربط بـ not to وبعدها المصدر.
(1) The teacher said to us, "Listen carefully" ?
 The teacher told us to listen carefully.
(2) He said to us, "Don't make noise."     
   ? He told us not to make noise.
   (5) إذا كان الكلام بين الأقواس طلباً وليس أمراً فإن الفعل  Said يتحول إلي Asked بمعنى طلب

" Answer the phone please, Ahmed," Salma said
  Salma asked Ahmed to answer the phone .
Questions

(1) لتحويل الأسئلة التي بمعنى هل ويجاب عنها بـ Yes or No   من المباشر إلي غير المباشر نتبع الآتي :-
1- نستخدم الفعل  asked بمعنى سأل .  
    2- نحذف الأقواس وتربط بـ  Whether or if
3- نحول الإستفهام إلي صيغة خبرية بوضع الفعل المساعد بعد الفاعل  did, does, do
1- " Can you swim, Ashraf ? "  Omar asked
   
 Omer asked Ashraf if he could swim . 
 " What can you see, Ashraf ? " Omar asked
 
  Omar asked Ashraf what he could see ?
" Will you buy a new shirt, Hany ?"  Magdy asked
   Magdy asked Hany if he would buy a new shirt
  " what will you buy. Hany ?"  Magdy asked
  Magdy asked Hany what he would buy.

(6) عند تحويل الأسئلة من غير المباشر إلي المباشر نتبع عكس الخطوات السابقة :-
Tom asked Ahmed if he could tell him the best place to shop in Cairo.
Tom asked Ahmed, "can you tell me the best place to shop in Cairo ?"
(3) Inviting
2- هناك خطوات يجب إتباعها لتحويل جملة من مباشر إلي غير مباشر :   تحول الضمائر كالآتي :-
