My Transcript

Your Microsoft transcript is the official record of your exam and certification achievements for your personal tracking and validation. To provide others with official verification of your certification achievements, use the Transcript Sharing tool.

You can view your transcript on this page or download a print-ready version using the Download Transcript function on the right side of this page. |

Your transcript will not show exams you did not pass. |
| • |
Your transcript should include your Microsoft Business Certifications and Microsoft Dynamics records in addition to your MCP credits. |

External certifications (such as CompTIA) will be shown on the transcript under "Microsoft Certification Exams Completed Successfully," but non–Microsoft exam credits will not appear on your transcript. |
| • |
Your transcript will not show any exam waivers you may have received for certifications from other companies. You are still credited for these external certifications within the certification system. |

It can take up to two weeks for Microsoft to receive and process your exam records. If it has been more than two weeks since you took your exam and the results still do not appear on your transcript, or if you have other problems with your transcript, please contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center.

We are currently experiencing delays in receiving MCP exam results from the test provider; we are working together to resolve these issues. If you experience a delay of more than seven business days and you require immediate assistance updating your transcript, contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center with your name, Microsoft Certification ID (MCP ID), as well as your Vendor Person ID and Registration ID (both are listed on your score report). Please also include the exam number and the date that you took the exam, as well as a copy of your score report.
