غاب الذي اسعدنا في زمان جميل مضي:
باب الريدة وانسد
هاهو ... ذيدان لم يسعفه الوقت ، عانى فى دنياة ،و صبر علي الحزن والالم (وكل حرمان اليتامى) .. نعم ... فقد رحل عنا و كنا نمنى النفس بعودتة الينا ويصدح بأبداعاتة التى لم تنتهى ، ولكن إرادة الله كانت اقوى ، ذلك أن الله جلت قدرته هو الذي يهب الحياة لمن يشاء ، ويأخذ إليه من يشاء ، فمن أخذه إليه فقد أحبه .. فكان زيدان ابراهيم يلبي النداء وتفيض روحه الطاهرة ، تتبعه دعوات أهل السودان في الدنيا كلها .
فقد تغنى زيدان في زمان جميل مضي ( يوم ودعني حسنك ولازمني الشجن.. في الليله ديك ، فيتواصل الإبداع ويغرد العندليب. عطاء لم ينقطع
لا ندري كيف يكون الغناء بعدك .. وكيف تكون حركة الغناء ، وكيف لهذا الشعب الذي بات يردد معك ( ورعشة الكف الخضيب . مقرونة بنظرة وداع )كل غنائك الطروب الذي يجرى فينا مجرى الدم ، وهو يتابع مسيرتك التي كانت قد أحدثت أكبر نقلة في تاريخ الأغنية السودانية علي إطلاقها .
نعزي أنفسنا فيك يا بو الزيك ، فو اللة بكينا عليك بكاء الاطفال وانا بالامس اتابع القنوات الفضائية خاصة قناة النيل الاذرق التى نقلت الحدث من بدايتة وفى المقابلات فى اتحاد المهن الموسيقية رأيت بكاء الرجال كيف لا وانت صاحب القلب الكبير كنت مدافعا عن حقوق المبدعين تناطح من اجلهم وتدافع عنهم بكل ما اوتيت من قوة فهم الان يعيشون الحسرة ولسان حالهم يقول ( في بعدك يا غالي أضناني الألم ).
فو اللة ، لقد خلدت إسمك في سجلات الإبداع السوداني الممتدة والممتلئة بروائع أهل الفن في السودان ، ونحن ندرك الآن أن عمر الشاعر والتجانى الحاج موسى وغيرهم فى غيبوبة دائمة
نم قرير العين يا عندليب السودان ، فدعوات اهلك فى عموم الوطن مستجابة بإذنه تعالي ، فلك الجنة بإذن الله ، وتغطيك الرحمة بإذن الله ... اللهم ياحنان يامنان ، أرحم عبدك زيدان ، فقد كان نقي السريرة ، طاهر القلب ، رقيق الوجدان ، وكان وكان وكان يحب جداً شعب السودان.
