In the kingdom of ants live millions and millions of ants . Some of the ants are workers and some are fighters . Some clean the kingdom and some serve the Queen .
في مملكة النمل تعيش الملايين وملايين من النمل. البعض من النمل عمّال والبعض مقاتلين. ينظّف البعض المملكة والبعض يخدمون الملكة.
One day a fighter ant went out of the ant hill to see that everything was safe around the kingdom .
ذات يوم نملة مقاتلة خرجت من تل النمل لرؤية بأن كلّ شيء كان آمن حول المملكة.

The fighter ant went through the great forest . She knew every animal , bird , insect or plant in the forest . They were all friends .
مرّت النملة المقاتلة بالغابة العظيمة. عرفت كلّ حيوان ، طير ، حشرة أو نبات في الغابة. هم كانوا كلهم أصدقاء.
The fighter ant was about to go back to the ant hill to tell the Queen that all was all right when she heard a terrible noise . She also felt that the earth was shaking violently .
النملة المقاتلة كانت على وشك أن تعود إلى تلّ النمل لإخبار الملكة بأن الكلّ كان بخير عندما سمعت ضوضاء فظيعة. شعرت أيضًا بأنّ الأرض كانت تهتزّ بقسوة.
The fighter ant was brave , so she crawled quickly to find the cause of the noise .
النملة المقاتلة كانت شجاعة، لذا زحفت بسرعة لإيجاد سبب الضوضاء.
At the far end of the forest , the fighter ant saw some very big monsters were cutting down trees . They were also running here and there destroying everything .
في النهاية البعيدة للغابة، رأت النملة المقاتلة بعض الوحوش الكبيرة جدًا كانت تقطع الأشجار. هم كانوا يجرون أيضًا هنا وهناك يحطّمون كلّ شيء.

The monsters had very big mouths , but they had no tails . They were also sending out black smoke that had a very nasty smell .
الوحوش كان عندها أفواه كبيرة جدا، لكنّهم ما كان عندهم ذيول. هم كانوا يبعثون دخّان أسود أيضا الذي كان رائحته سيئة جدًا.
The fighter ant was very angry , so she stood bravely in front of the biggest monster and shouted .
النملة المقاتلة كانت غاضبة جدًا، لذا وقفت بشكل شجاع أمام الوحش الأكبر وصاحت.
The fighter ant : Stop , you ugly big monster !
النملة المقاتلة: توقّف، أنت وحش كبير قبيح!
At first the monster didn't hear the ant , so she shouted again .
في بادئ الأمر الوحش لم يسمع النملة، لذا صاحت ثانية.
The fighter ant : Are you deaf , big , ugly monster ?
النملة المقاتلة: أنت وحش قبيح كبير أصمّ؟

This time the monster heard the ant , so it started to move here and there to see who was shouting at it , but it couldn't see the fighter ant .
هذا الوقت سمع الوحش النملة، لذا بدأ التحرّك هنا وهناك لرؤية الذي كان يصيح فيه، لكنّه لا يستطيع أن يرى النملة المقاتلة.
The fighter ant : You are not only deaf , you are blind , too . I'm here right in front of you .
النملة المقاتلة: أنت لست أصمّ فقط ، أنت أعمى، أيضًا. أنا في المقدّمة بهنا حقّ منك.
The monster turned round , and when it saw the ant it laughed loudly .
الوحش إستدار، وعندما رأى النملة ضحك بصوت عالي.
The monster : Are you talking to me , little thing ?
الوحش: تتكلّم معي، شيء قليلاً ؟
The fighter ant : I am not a little thing . I'm a fighter ant .
النملة المقاتلة: أنا لست شيء قليلاً. أنا نملة مقاتلة.

The monster : And what do you want fighter ant ?
الوحش: وماذا تريدى يا نملة مقاتلة؟
The fighter ant : I want you to stop what you are doing .
النملة المقاتلة: أريدك أن تتوقّف ما أنت تعمل.
The monster : And why should I do so ?
الوحش: ولماذا يجب أن أعمل ذلك؟
The fighter ant : Because you are destroying the land of Her Majesty the Queen of ants .
النملة المقاتلة: لأنك تحطّم أرض صاحبة الجلالة ملكة النمل.
The monster laughed loudly again .
ضحك الوحش بصوت عالي ثانية.

The fighter ant : It is not polite to laugh when I talk about Her Majesty the Queen .
النملة المقاتلة: ليس من الأدب أن تضحك عندما أتحدّث عن صاحبة الجلالة الملكة.
The monster :I don't care about your Queen .
الوحش: أنا لا أهتمّ بملكتك.
The fighter ant :Listen to me you ugly monster ...
النملة المقاتلة: استمع لى أيها الوحش القبيح. . .
The monster : You listen to me ! Go and tell your so-called Queen that she is no longer a queen and that this land is no longer her land .
الوحش: أنتِ تستمعى لى ! إذهبى وأخبرى التى تتدعى ملكتك بأنّها لم تعد ملكة وبأنّ هذه الأرض لم تعود أرضها.
The fighter ant : It is war then .
النملة المقاتلة: هي حرب إذن.
The monster : If you say so , little thing .
الوحش: إذا كان هذا رأيك، شيء قليلا.

The Queen and all the ants were listening carefully to the fighter ant . When the fighter ant finished , all the ants were silent , waiting for their Queen to tell them what to do .
الملكة وكلّ النمل كانوا يستمعون بعناية إلى النملة المقاتلة . عندما إنتهت النملة المقاتلة ، كلّ النمل كانوا صامتين، ينتظرون ملكتهم لإخبارهم ما العمل.
The Queen : Dear fellow ants . I think that our kingdom is in real danger , but I also believe that everyone here is ready . willing and able to face this danger .
الملكة: الزملاء الغاليين النمل. أعتقد بأنّ مملكتنا في خطر حقيقي، لكنّي أيضا أعتقد بأنّ كلّ شخص هنا مستعدّ. راغب وقادر على مواجهة هذا الخطر.
The fighter ant : Your Majesty , we are ready to do whatever you want us to do .
النملة المقاتلة: فخامتك، نحن مستعدّون لمهما تريدنا أن نعمل.
The Queen :What do you think we should do , fighter ant ?
الملكة: ماذا تعتقدى نحن يجب أن نعمل، يا نملة مقاتلة؟
The fighter ant : I think we should fight those monsters and drive them out of our land .
النملة المقاتلة: أعتقد نحن يجب أن نحارب تلك الوحوش ونبعدهم من أرضنا.

The Queen : But you say that they are very big and very strong .
الملكة: لكنّك أنتِ تقولى بأنّهم كبار جدا وأقوياء جدا.
The fighter ant :They may be very big and very strong , but we are brave enough to fight and defeat them .
النملة المقاتلة: هم قد يكونون كبار جدا وأقوياء جدا، لكنّنا شجعان بما فيه الكفاية لمحاربة وهزيمتهم.
The wise ant : If you will allow me Your Majesty , I think we need more than courage to face that enemy .
النملة الحكيمة: إذا سمحتم لي فخامتك، أعتقد نحن نحتاج أكثر من شجاعة لمواجهة ذلك العدو.
The Queen :What do you mean , wise ant ?
الملكة: ماذا تعني، يا نملة حكيمة؟
The wise ant :I think we should first go and tell the lion . The lion is the king of this forest . He is also the strongest of all animals .
النملة الحكيمة: أنا أعتقد نحن يجب أولاً أن نذهب ونخبر الأسد. الأسد ملك هذه الغابة. هو أيضًا الأقوى من كل الحيوانات.

The fighter ant :(angrily) Shame on you , wise ant . Do you want us to go to the lion and ask him to defend us and fight our battle ?
النملة المقاتلة: (بغضب) خزي عليك، يا نملة حكيمة. هل تريدنا أن نذهب إلى الأسد ونطلب منه الدفاع عننا ويخوض معركتنا؟
The wise ant :No,no dear fighter ant, I didn't mean that at all .
النملة الحكيمة: لا، لا يا عزيزتى نملة مقاتلة ، أنا لم أعن ذلك مطلقا.
The fighter ant :So why do you want us to go to the lion ?
النملة المقاتلة: لماذا إذن تريدنا أن نذهب إلى الأسد؟
The wise ant :Because we are not alone in the problem . The whole forest is in danger , so every animal , bird , insect and plant should defend the forest .
النملة الحكيمة: لأننا لسنا لوحدنا في المشكلة. الغابة بأكملها في خطر، لذا كلّ حيوان ، وطير ، وحشرة ونبات يجب أن يدافع عن الغابة.
The fighter ant : But ...
النملة المقاتلة: لكن. . .
The Queen :Just a moment , fighter ant . I think wise ant wants to add something .
الملكة: إنتظر لحظة ، يا نملة مقاتلة. أنا أعتقد نملة حكيمة تريد إضافة شيء.

The wise ant :Yes , Your Majesty , I think what the fighter ant saw was not a monster .
النملة الحكيمة: نعم، فخامتك ، أعتقد بأن الذي رأته النملة المقاتلة لم يكن وحش.
The Queen : Not a monster ! What was it then ?
الملكة: ليس وحش! ماذا كان إذن؟
The wise ant :It may be a man-made machine .
النملة الحكيمة: هو قد يكون ماكينة صناعي.
The Queen :Are you sure , wise ant ?
الملكة: هل أنت متأكّدة ، يا نملة حكيمة ؟
The wise ant :I don't know but you can go with the lion to the horse . The horse knows better than I . It is the wisest animal in the forest .
النملة الحكيمة: أنا لا أعرف لكنّك يمكن أن تذهبى مع الأسد إلى الحصان. الحصان يعرف بشكل أفضل منى . هو الحيوان الأعقل في الغابة.

The horse was busy doing something on his computer when the lion , the Queen , the ants , the wise ant and the fighter ant arrived at its home .
الحصان كان مشغول بعمل شيء على حاسوبه عندما الأسد، الملكة، النمل، النملة الحكيمة والنملة المقاتلة وصلا إلى بيته.
The horse was pleased to receive the lion and the Queen of the ants .
الحصان سر لإستقبال الأسد وملكة النمل.
The horse :It's a great honour to meet you , Your Majesty .
الحصان: هو شرف عظيم لمقابلتك، فخامتك.
The lion :Thank you .
الأسد: شكرا لكم.
The Queen :Thank you , Mr Horse .
الملكة: شكرا لك ، السّيد حصان .
The horse :How can I help you ?
الحصان: كيف أساعدك؟

So the Queen asked the fighter ant to tell the horse about what it had seen .
لذا الملكة طلبت من النملة المقاتلة إخبار الحصان عن ماذا هى رأت .
When the fighter ant finished her story , the horse looked interested .
عندما أنهت النملة المقاتلة قصّتها، الحصان نظر مهتمّا .
The horse :I think the wise ant is right .
الحصان: أعتقد بأن النملة الحكيمة على صواب .
The fighter ant saw a man-made machine not a monster .
النملة المقاتلة رأت ماكينة صناعي ليس وحش.
The Queen :What shall we do then , Mr Horse ?
الملكة: ما الذي سوف نحن نعمل إذن ، السّيد حصان ؟
The horse :Let me show you some pictures first to make sure that the fighter ant saw a man-made machine .
الحصان: دعنى أشوّفك بعض الصور أولا لتأكيد بأن الذي رأته النملة المقاتلة ماكينة صناعي.

The horse began to show them some pictures on the screen of the computer .
بدأ الحصان يريهم بعض الصور على شاشة الحاسوب.
When the fighter ant saw one of the pictures it shouted .
عندما رأت النملة المقاتلة إحدى الصور صاحت.
The fighter ant :That is it .
النملة المقاتلة: هاهو ذا .
The horse :Are you sure ?
الحصان: هل أنت متأكّد؟
The fighter ant :Quite sure , Mr Horse .
النملة المقاتلة: متأكّد جدا، السّيد حصان .
The horse turned to the Queen and said :
اتجه الحصان إلى الملكة وقال:
The horse :That is a bulldozer .
الحصان: ذلك يكون بولدوزر.
The Queen :A bull what ?
الملكة: بول ماذا ؟
The horse: A bulldozer , Your majesty .
الحصان: بولدوزر، فخامتك.
The Queen :I hate machines . They are all bad . Everything man invented is bad .
الملكة: أكره المكن. هم جميعًا سيئون. كلّ شيء إخترعه الرجل سيئ.

The horse :No , Your Majesty . Man invented some very useful things .
الحصان: لا، فخامتك. إخترع الرجل بعض الأشياء المفيدة جدا.
The Queen :Name one .
الملكة: سمى واحد.
The horse :Take this computer as an example . It is wonderful and it can do many useful things .
الحصان: خذ هذا الحاسوب كمثال. هو رائع وهو يمكن أن يعمل العديد من الأشياء المفيدة.
But Queen seemed very happy because she knew that they could never fight man .
لكن الملكة بدت سعيدة جدا لأنها عرفت بأنّهم ما يستطيعوا أن يحاربوا رجل.

The Queen :You know , Mr Horse , that no animal , bird or insect can beat man so what do you think we should do ?
الملكة: أنت تعرف، يا سّيد حصان، بأن ليس حيوان ، طير أو حشرة يستطيع أن يضرب رجلا لذا ماذا تعتقد نحن يجب أن نعمل؟
The horse :First every animal , insect and bird in this forest defend our home .
الحصان: أولا كلّ حيوان، حشرة و طير في هذه الغابة يدافع عن بيتنا.
The Queen :And then ?
الملكة: وبعد ذلك؟
The horse :No one can beat man but man ?
الحصان: لا أحد يستطيع أن يضرب رجلا لكن الرجل؟
The Queen :I don't understand .
الملكة: أنا لا أفهم؟
The horse :It is very simple, Your Majesty .
الحصان: هو بسيط جدا، فخامتك.
We will ask all the children of the world to help us .
نحن سنطلب من كلّ أطفال العالم مساعدتنا.

The Queen :The children !
الملكة: الأطفال!
The horse :Yes , children like animals , birds and plants .I'm sure they will help us defend our forest .
الحصان: نعم، أطفال مثل الحيوانات ، الطيور والنباتات . أنا متأكّد هم سيساعدوننا ندافع عن غابتنا.
The Queen :But how will they know about our problem ?
الملكة: لكن كيف سيعرفون عن مشكلتنا؟
The horse :I will send them e-mails . I'll ask them to save the forest and to save life .
الحصان: أنا سأرسل لهم رسائل بريدية إلكترونية. أنا سأطلب منهم إنقاذ الغابة وإنقاذ الحياة.
It was still dark when all the animals , insects , and birds went out to fight the bulldozers .The ant army came out of the ant hill in straight lines . The fighter ant was in front of the army . It very much wanted to teach the big bulldozer a lesson .
هي ما زالت مظلمة عندما كلّ الحيوانات، الحشرات، و الطيور خرجت لمحاربة البولدوزرات . جيش النملة خرج من تلّ النمل في خطوط مستقيمة. النملة المقاتلة كانت أمام الجيش. أرادت كثيرا أن تلقّن البولدوزر الكبير درس.

The animals , insects and birds were coming near the bulldozers when the fighter ant saw some children .
الحيوانات ، الحشرات والطيور كانوا يقتربون من البولدوزرات عندما رأت النملة المقاتلة بعض الأطفال.
When the children saw the horse , they walked towards it .
عندما رأى الأطفال الحصان، مشوا نحوه.
A child :We received your message , Mr Horse , and we ready to help you .
طفل: استلمنا رسالتك، يا سّيد حصان ، ونحن مستعدّون لمساعدتك.
The horse : It is very kind of you to come to our help , but there is only a small number of you .
الحصان: هو رحيم جدا منك لتأتى لمساعدتنا ، لكن هناك فقط عدد صغير منك.
A child : It is still early and I can assure you that millions and millions of children are now heading towards the forest .
طفل: هى ما زالت مبكرًا وأنا أستطيع أن أطمأنك بأنّ الملايين وملايين من الأطفال يتوجّهان إلى الغابة الآن.
