·       Conceptualize and create wide range of new innovative contracts and commercial agreements, prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance and modifications,

·       Solving legal issues, with Government Ministries and various Departments and official councils through personal contact.

·       Ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
