التنبؤ بتوجهات الهدف والطموح في ضوء نمطي الشخصية (أ،ب) لدى عينة من طلاب كلية التربية  جامعة المنيا

ملخص

هدف البحث إلى دراسة إمكانية تنبؤ نمطي الشخصية أ،ب بكل من توجهات الهدف و الطموح لدى عينة من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المنيا ، كما هدفت إلى التنبؤ بالطموح بأبعاده المحددة بالدراسة (الطموح الأكاديمي،الطموح المهني،الطموح الشخصي الاجتماعي) في ضوء توجهات الهدف لديهم ،إضافة إلى دراسة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة في توجهات الهدف و الطموح طبقًا لمتغيري (النوع – التخصص)، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من ( 270 ) طالبًا وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية جامعة المنيا أجريت عليهم الدراسة خلال العام الدراسي 2014/2015م، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت الباحثتان ثلاثة مقاييس،الأول يحدد نمط الشخصية والثاني يقيس توجهات الهدف والثالث يقيس الطموح.وقد توصــلت نتــــائج البحث إلـــى :

* *عدم إمكانية تنبؤ نمط الشخصية (أ) بأبعاد توجهات الهدف ، في حين تنبأ بمتغير الطموح بأبعاده الثلاثة المحددة بالدراسة(الطموح الأكاديمي،الطموح المهني،الطموح الشخصي الاجتماعي)،أما بالنسبة للنمط (ب) فقد تنبأ بأبعاد توجهات الهدف(أداء/إقدام ،إتقان/إقدام) في حين لم يتنبأ ببعدي (أداء/إحجام،إتقان/إحجام)، أما فيما يتعلق بالطموح فقد تنبأ ببعد الطموح الشخصي الاجتماعي، في حين لم يتنبأ ببعدي الطموح الأكاديمي والطموح المهني.

* *إمكانية تنبؤ كل من أبعاد توجهات الهدف (إتقان/إقدام ،أداء/إحجام) بالطموح الأكاديمي لدى أفراد العينة، وإمكانية تنبؤ أبعاد(إتقان/إقدام ،أداء/إقدام ،أداء/إحجام) بالطموح المهني لديهم، كما تنبأت توجهات الهدف بأبعادها الأربعة بالطموح الشخصي الاجتماعي لدى أفراد عينة البحث.

* *عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع أبعاد توجهات الهدف تبعًا لمتغيري (النوع – التخصص) لدى أفراد العينة، كما توصلت إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الذكور على مقياس الطموح لصالح الذكور، في حين لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب التخصصات العلمية والتخصصات الأدبية على مقياس الطموح لدى العينة.

 

 

Predicting goal orientations and aspiration in light of personality types A and B for a sample of college of education students Minia University.

The present research aimed at investigating the possibility of using personality types A and B in predicting goal orientations and aspiration of college of education students. It also aimed at predicting dimensions of aspiration in light of goal orientations .Differences in aspiration and goal orientations were also examined in light of gender and specialization. The sample consisted of (270)students in fourth year 2014/2015.three scales were prepared to achieve the goals of the research.

The most important findings were as follows:

**Personality type A  were not able to predict any dimensions of   goal orientations while it able to predict all   dimensions of the aspiration (Academic – vocational – personal social).Wheres the personality type B were able to predict goal orientation of(performance/Approach– Mastery/Approach)and didn’t predict(performance/Avoidance – Mastery/Avoidance),

Personality type B predicted one dimension of aspiration(personal social) and didn’t predicted with (Academic – vocational).

**Goal orientation(   Mastery/Approach – performance/Avoidance) were able to predict Academic aspiration to the sample, and orientation( Mastery/ Approach –performance/ Approach – performance/Avoidance)     

were predict the vocational at them, also the all  dimensions of   goal orientations were predicted with the personal social aspiration at the sample of the research.

**There is no statistically significant differences were found in all variables of goal orientations related to gender or major .stastically significant differences were found between males and females in aspiration in favor of males while no statistically significant difference were found between signific and literary division in aspiration scores.
