We are available when you need us--early morning or late night.  Weekend technicians and delivery also available.
You can receive bids for your A/V needs the same day in most cases.  We have dozens of many of the items listed on our rental list.
Our equipment is continually updated to insure you get reliable equipment and the latest technology.  
You can depend on us to help with planning and/or recommendations if you are not completely familiar with all of the available options.  From screen size selection to making a lasting impression on your audience, we can help.

Most service repairs are handled locally because First Event Services is an authorized service center for the majority of the equipment that we sell. Our service/installation department is the largest in Egypt. Our multi-skilled service repair staff can repair anything from a basic overhead projector to the very sophisticated video equipment on the market today. In addition we offer service contracts for equipment that is no longer under warranty. These service contracts are customized to match the unique needs of our customers.
