Preface
A comprehensive Manual is an unavoidable asset in the modern style of teaching. Since the introduction of all India syllabus by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), the necessity to publish a Manual was felt. An attempt has been made to present this manual, keeping in view the needs of students offering courses in Fish Nutrition and Feed Technology at undergraduate level. The subject matter involves the matter from the books available for the purpose. The language is simple and easily understandable by the students.
