Job description

Reporting  the General manager  ,Contact  with General manager all  24 hours, observe

on the work of all departments and works to facilitate and achieve the level

 of quality required ,Follow up the front offices of the hotel and occupancy guests , record and find solutions for all guests complaints promptly and effectively,

Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival,         

Follow up the  work and  supervise on  maintenance of rooms,

Follow up the lobby of the guest , Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement

actions to improve results , Engage guests in conversation and provide

general assistance Permanent traffic on all service areas Guests of the swimming

 pool, restaurants, bar, toilets and general crops and inform the – General manager
